Architect Dr. Marjan Colletti is Tenured Professor of Architecture and Postdigital Practice (The Bartlett UCL) and of Building Construction and Design (Exp.Arch. UIBK). Academic achievements include co-directing the Architecture MArch, the professionally accredited postgraduate programme at The Bartlett UCL London; founding REX|LAB, the robotic experimentation lab at the Institute for Experimental Architecture, which he chaired since 2013 at the University of Innsbruck, and supervising several PhDs.

In the past he has been a Visiting Professor at the TU Vienna Austria (2011/12), UT Arlington Texas US (2010), UCLA Los Angeles US (2010) and UIBK (2007); workshop instructor in Taichung, Taiwan, Copenhagen, Oslo and Paris. He has also been a Senior Lecturer at Westminster University in London, Guest Lecturer at KIAD Canterbury, and Digital Augmentation Course tutor at the RCA London.

An award-winning architectural designer and renowned advocate of the openness, transdisciplinarity and hybridity of architecture, he acts as scientific reviewer for several major funding bodies and scientific consortia in the EU, UK, USA, UAE, Australia, Canada, Russia, Switzerland etc. He has exhibited approx. 100 times in international venues and lectures regularly on the contemporary paradigms of design-research and research-led education, with particular emphasis on digital culture.

Major published books include the 80th anniversary issue of AD Exuberance (Wiley), the authored Digital Poetics (Routledge) and Interfaces|Intrafaces (Springer Wien/NewYork), and the edited Meeting Nature Halfways (iup) and the forthcoming 3 Volumes on Postdigital Neobaroque.
